Painting of Exterior

We have completed the pressure washing of the shingles. We received colour confirmation yesterday, and will start painting as soon as the weather improves. We will probably start on Saturday.

Completion

A final walk through was completed on Thursday and all deficiencies were completed that day. We appreciate the work! Please wait at least 28 days for the paint to cure before trying to clean it. When you do clean it, please use a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild soap. We have left touch-up paint behind incase someone damages the walls.

Update January 18t

We have completed painting the hallways throughout the building. We are going to do a deficiency walkthrough on Thursday at 3:00. We would like to apologize for not keeping the work areas clean enough during the painting process. We realize that cleanliness is important to you, that is why you chose us to paint your building, so we spent an extra 3 hours yesterday cleaning to make sure that all the areas are clean. Once again, our apologies.

Progress as of January 13th

Two coats have been applied on the third floor hallways. We will be finishing the second coat on the second floor this morning and moving on to the first floor. Once we complete the first floor, we will be moving on to the foyers and stairwells. Based on our work so far, we will be done by mid next week.

Starting of your job!

Thank you for choosing Wolfgang Commercial Painters to paint your hallways! We will be painting the hallways and stairwell walls.

Just a brief introduction, I am the Operations Manager and will be overseeing the job. Shawn will be the onsite foreman, with Adam and Matt painting.

We will be using ICI Lifemaster Eggshell which is a zero VOC acrylic paint. This will give you a very durable coating once it is cured after 27 days. Do expect to have a slightly musty/ammonia smell from the paint.

We expect to be complete of your painting job by January 21st at the latest.

We will be working from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

We will be posting Wet Paint signs, but be careful when walking through the hallways.

We will do our best to keep your building clean!
